Best Deli in Hallstead

The food is probably the best food in the area , topping most of the dine in places. The cook definitely knows how to use spices and cook as the food was so tasty and very filling. And Cheryl is the person that all other places to take directions from as her personality and need to make sure you get what you want. She’s the type person you wish you had as the face of your business… a must visit place …5 stars!!!

This was the first time there and from the minute I walked in I was treated like I've been a customer for years. The absolute best customer service. Now the food. It was beyond good. I had the BBQ chicken hero and a huge order of fries and an order of wings. The price was very affordable.oh and dont forget to grab a dessert from the case believe me you won't regret it.

We just had chicken & rice, & lamb & rice -- DELICIOUS! Excellent prices, large portions of healthy food, friendly service, & clean establishment, plus an amazing selection of affordable desserts & drinks. The coffee looks delicious. We are so happy to have food like this locally - our new go-to spot! I cannot wait to try everything.

My wife and I can only attest to 2 dishes ... the wings and the lamb & rice. That is because they are the only 2 items we ever purchase. And that is because it's impossible that any other offering could be as good. My wife orders the wings extra-extra crispy. And they are among the best she has ever had. I order the lamb & rice. This dish is incredible. The lamb is so tender and perfectly cooked. Every time. I don't know what sauce they use on the lettuce and tomatoes and whatever, but it is super tasty. And the portion is so large that I get 3 meals. The prices of our dishes are very reasonable, and the people who work there are very friendly. I might have heard this place is open 24x7. Not sure. We are very happy this place is local, and hope they do very well.
